Professors of the Faculty of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship (BEE) realized the mobility of teachers in Ukraine within the joint Erasmus+ project KA107.
In the period from August 30 to September 3, 2021 at the National University of Uzhgorod, Ukraine, our professors carried out one of the project activities with a partner institution on a joint project, coordinated by BEE. Representatives of the Faculty of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship, during the five-day project activities, were Prof. Vladimir Ristanovic, Prof. Sladjana Vujicic and Prof. Gordana Gavrić.
Representatives of our school were guests of the Faculty of Economics of the National University of Uzhgorod, which was represented by the Dean – Prof. Vitaly Serzhanov, and Vice Dean for International Cooperation – Prof. Volodymyr Andryshyn. Participants attended lectures dedicated to current topics of the Erasmus+ program, teaching mobility, and had the opportunity to discuss in more detail the implemented and planned project activities, as well as consider expanding the partnership through future projects (KA2).
During the stay, the representatives of our school were hosted by the rector of the National University of Uzhhorod, Prof. Volodymyr Smolanka, together with colleagues from the Polytechnic School in Požega, Croatia. The meeting was also attended by the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work – Prof. Miroslava Lendel; Head of the Department of International Relations, Uzhhorod National University – Prof. Oksana Svezhentseva; and the Dean of the Faculty of Economics – Prof. Vitali Serzhkhanov. They talked about the successful cooperation achieved so far and future plans for cooperation between the present higher education institutions from different countries. This assembly was also hosted by the Mayor of Uzhgorod, Bohdan Andriyiv, and the Head of the Department of Euroregional Cooperation, Oleksandr Bilak. They discussed the potential cooperation of the cities from which we come and Uzhgorod.
Representatives of the school also visited the premises of the Department for International Cooperation and the Erasmus Office of the University, where they discussed in detail the implementation of the joint project, mobility tools, activities of mobility participants, project documentation and coordination of project teams of both institutions.
With this visit, the representatives of the Faculty of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship once again confirmed the commitment of BEE in the domains of internationalization strategy, further improvement of higher education in accordance with European values, and inter-institutional cooperation with higher education institutions abroad.
