On the basis of the concluded contract as part of the prestigious Erasmus plus program, Dr. Mihajlo Rabrenović, our full professor, stayed from June 5 to 10 in Ljubljana, at the Faculty of Management and Law. This faculty is "a modern institution that offers entrepreneurs education, related to content and skills, on which the industry of the future will be based, and the advantage of studying at this educational institution is the intergenerational transfer of knowledge and an individual approach."
On that occasion, prof. Rabrenović held a series of lectures, entitled: "Research of efficiency in the public sector", with a focus on 4 areas: policy analysis, strategic planning, budgeting and the provision of public services, with the aim of exchanging knowledge and the best practice in the domain of public sector management in this part of Europe, especially in Serbia and Slovenia.
The visit was also an opportunity to discuss the further development of strategic cooperation and the possibilities of strengthening the institutional partnership, as well as the future exchange of students from the two educational institutions.
Erasmus+ is one of the largest programs of the European Union that finances mobility and cooperation projects in the field of education, youth training and sports. It was created in 2014, and in 2021 it entered a new seven-year period that will last until 2027. The estimated budget for this seven-year period of the new Erasmus+ program is higher than ever and amounts to 26 billion euros."
