Prof. Dr. Edita Kastratović is a full professor in the field of management. She obtained the title of Doctor of Economics in 1995 at the Ukrainian Academy of Agrarian Sciences in Kiev. He is the author of close to a hundred scientific and professional papers published in domestic and foreign scientific journals and collections, as well as several textbooks and monographs in the field of management, entrepreneurship, leadership, sports, etc. She participated in the implementation of over forty scientific research and development projects and more than two hundred professional studies and studies in the field of system solutions for development and improvement of small and medium enterprises management, investments, establishment of higher education institutions in the country and abroad, privatization, quality system introduction, employment and education in the country and abroad, development of a strategy for the development of sports in local governments, etc. It is licensed as a certified company valuer.
